With our specially tapered (cone-shaped) baking rollers, you can bake *Baumstriezel* (chimney cakes) that narrow to a point at the bottom.
They thus take the shape of an ice cream cone. Wrapped in a napkin, they are easy to take along and enjoy on the go.
What exactly goes into this cone?
That is entirely up to your creativity—true to the motto: “Anything that tastes good!”
Sweet variations, for instance, delight customers with various fillings such as *Rote Grütze* (red berry compote) with cream, fresh fruit and yogurt cream, or various ice cream flavors topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or eggnog.
Savory *Conos* might feature fillings like salmon with dill, horseradish, and honey-mustard sauce; avocado mousse with apple slices and fresh herbs; or sauerkraut and grilled sausages.
THE MAIN THING IS: IT’S DELICIOUS. IT’S A *CONO*.
In all of our ovens, you can also bake the tapered “Chimney Cones” (or *Trdelník*). Offer your customers something truly special.
We have developed a suitable oven for every business concept:

We offer the traditional tapered baking rollers made of wood (beech), but also the stainless steel and Teflon rollers—which are better suited for professional gastronomy settings and are available exclusively from us.
Why might wood not always be the best choice?
Because in the food service industry, the use of wood is not permitted in all areas!
Our Teflon and stainless steel baking rollers are hygienic, durable, easy to clean, and dishwasher-safe.
Efficient workflow is essential.

All of our ovens and grills are fully compatible with *Cones*. With the KH8E Kürtöskalács grill, you can bake 8 cones simultaneously—all ready in just 4 minutes! And all this without having to reposition the baking rollers during the baking process!
Our rolling machine is designed for use with conical baking rollers. This allows you to wrap the dough onto the rollers in the blink of an eye.
Sweet chimney cakes with various fillings—served with ice cream or other delicious ingredients such as *Rote Grütze* (berry compote), whipped cream, fresh fruit, yogurt cream, assorted sweet sauces, or eggnog.
For savory cones, you could offer options such as salmon, mini meat patties, sauerkraut and grilled sausages, tomato and mozzarella, or sheep’s cheese. These can be enhanced with dill, horseradish, honey-mustard sauce, or avocado purée. A variety of vegetables is always a hit. Let yourself be inspired!
—The main thing is that it’s delicious. That’s the cono way.
